'Fur and Feathers' is a series of wellbeing resources featuring the owl and the hare, symbols of calm, wisdom and safety. Feel Safe cards are the first in this series.

The fur and feathers series use the hare and owl images among other animals to create peaceful, calm feelings in us. To me these two animals are safe, wise symbols in a world which can often feel the opposite of these qualities.

My wellbeing and counselling resources come from my work as a qualified Counsellor which has taught me what people generally want and need (these are not always the same thing!) and has inspired me to produce helpful cards which can be used in a number of ways. All of the techniques in these cards are ones I have used to help people who have come to me for counselling help and emotional support and I have definitely used them myself too as a fellow human being! They are well tried and tested.

Some reviews of the cards:

"I have bought some of the cards and have used them a lot already." Sarah H

"If you're interested in transactional analysis, in counselling or psychotherapy training or in private practice these are fantastic cards to help you understand the core TA concepts and for your client to understand them too. Good quality, which matched the description and went beyond my expectations. Delivery was good too."  Helein T
